BARBADOS TO BELIZE
This set recalls two of the first expressions that Holmes Cay released, and are a great pair for your friends who do not know cask strength rums. From rum’s historic homeland, the Barbados 2005 is a sister cask to the Foursquare 2005 expression we shared as our first edition. The Belize 2008, on the other hand, represents Traveller’s Liquors Distillery, another less known distillery that we helped US spirits fans to taste and appreciate.

Barbados 2005 16 Year Tasting Notes
A nose of brown sugar and butterscotch leads to toffee, candied tangerine and Christmas spices on the tongue. Vanilla and oak on the finish.
Belize 2008 13 Year Tasting Notes
Caramel, vanilla and cherry on the nose. Stone fruit on the tongue with tobacco shading toward sherry on the finish.
