Fiji 2009 13 Year
The Fiji 2009 13 Year comes from South Pacific Distilleries of Fiji. This molasses pot still rum was distilled in Fiji in 2009 and spent 13 years in the UK in ex-rum casks before being bottled at a high proof of 58% in NY state.
Tasting notes
Vanilla toffee on the nose and caramel popcorn on the tongue. Coffee with milk and hints of chocolate shine through the classic Fiji base note on the finish.
