These two editions, presented at 46% and 58% ABV respectively, are flavorful and unadulterated examples of the distilling prowess of Fiji’s only rum distillery, South Pacific Distilleries. The Fiji Blend Single Origin Edition is an award-winning blend of lightly aged molasses pot and young column still rum, while the Fiji 2009 13-Year edition is a molasses, 100 percent pot-distilled rum.

Vanilla toffee on the nose and caramel popcorn on the tongue. Coffee with milk and hints of chocolate shine through the classic Fiji base note on the finish.
